FAQ

1. What are the basics of breaks?
A group break is generally referred to as a group of individuals buying "slots" to receive potential hits and/or cards from the break. The slot is usually a certain team, division, box, packs, but may vary depending on the type of break. This is a fun and affordable way for collectors to potentially receive hits and/or cards from their favorite players or teams without purchasing an entire box or case. Before each break the breaker will randomize the teams, divisions, card or box, and customers names a certain number of times depending on a roll of 2 dice. The total of the 2 dice must be 3 or more. If it is not we will re-roll until we get a number greater than 3. The team, division, card or box that you are assigned to after the randomization will be your team, division, card or box for the entire break.
2. Random Serial Number Break
This break uses serial numbers 0-9 or 0-99 and would be a 10 or 100 spot break. Serial numbers on cards are determined the following ways: Serial Numbered Cards – The last number from the left side of a serial number. Here is an example: 09/10 - would go to the customer with #9 in the break. Redemption Cards – If the official checklist does not states what the card is numbered too, then it will be randomized to all participants in the break. If the checklist states the card will be numbered less than 10, then it will be randomized to the eligible participants in the 10 or less spot. For example, if the card will be serial numbered to 5, then only participants 1-5 will be part of the random for the card live on stream.
3. Player Cards Awarded
Active Player Cards: A card will be awarded to the team name/logo that is listed on the front or back of the card, not the jersey they are wearing. If there is no team name/logo on the card then the card would be awarded to the team city name that is on the card. If a player played for a team that no longer exists, it will go to the team that they became. Retired Player Cards: A card will be awarded to the team name/logo that is listed on the front or back of the card, not the jersey they are wearing. If the player is in college uniform the card will be awarded to the team they played for the most.If a player is retired, and no jersey is worn or team specified, it will go to the team that the player played the most games for. For example: Peyton Manning has 208 games played with the Colts and 48 games played with the Broncos. His card would be awarded to the Colts if in college uniform. If a player played for a team that no longer exists, it will go to the team that they became.
4. Multi-Player Cards
Cards that have multiple players on it will be randomized at least three times. An individual will receive as many spots as they do players/teams on the card. For example if a person owns two of the three players/teams then they would receive two spots in the randomization of that card, and the other person would receive the third spot.
5. Base Cards
All base cards from group breaks do not ship unless outlined in the product features highlights of the break. Base cards can be requested via private message.
